Orangeries, Conservatories & Garden Rooms
What we do
Many an owner of a listed property or a house in a conservation area has built a conservatory to compliment the age and architecture of their listed home.
Some however, have been advised that it is not possible to gain planning and listed building consent for their properties. Whilst the planning and listed consent process for conservatories is longer, this is simple not true if traditional materials like oak are proposed and the building materials used complement the existing dwelling.
The oak conservatory above has been built on a listed manor house. The window styles, roof pitch and turrets have been designed to match the existing house. Painted in a matching cream, the inside is left a natural oak furniture finish.
